Busy Weekend!

It was a busy end of the week in the Paulson household. On Thursday we had Kevin, Eileen and Brenna over for dinner. It is amazing how big Brenna is getting. The two toddlers enjoyed each other, though Jace wasn't quite sure what to say or do when Brenna sat on his lap! We wish we would have had the camera ready for that one. Here is a good one of the two kids.

On Saturday we enjoyed the zoo again. We were thrilled to see Stephanie's favorite zoo attraction out and about, enjoying the cool day.

The Simian monkeys were quite active as well. This one put on a good show for all to see.

Jace loves to push his stroller!

He also loves interacting with the animals, both real and stone.

The giraffes were out being fed and Jace wanted the best view for one of his favorite animals (and yes, he says giraffe!).

The shoulder riding really caught on this time. Mom and dad had to switch the boy off, he is just weighing so much!

The penguins seemed to be the only animals that didn't enjoy the cool weather.

We just love the zoo!

On Sunday we went to visit Grandma Jan. After eating lunch (and Jace trashing the carpet below him), we went to the blueberry farm and picked nearly two pounds of blueberries. It seems like Jace picked and ate nearly two pounds of blueberries by himself. We think that Grandma also had a hand in giving Jace the little delicious berries (see the photo evidence below!).

After picking berries, we ate some frozen yogurt and then went to the Bellevue Park.

Jace is a mover and a shaker at night. Here is a great example of one of the different angles that he ends up in. Pay special attention to the hair sticking out of the crib.
