Crazy layout

Hi there,

I am not sure why the latest post is funky. I have tried to fix it a few different ways, but it is still a little off. I hope that you can still get through it and enjoy the pics! :)

Lets Play Catch Up!

It has been way too long since our last update! It has been a beautiful, sunny summer and we have had some great times.

We are really working on getting Jace to enjoy hiking. He likes it, but he feels that he would have a better time if he weren't in the backpack!

After a long morning of hiking, Jace wanted to hit the playground!

As you can imagine, with our new home comes lots of yard work. Jace is such a good help in this area and doesn't mind getting down and dirty with his mom and dad.

Stephanie and Jesse took their first extended trip without Jace. Stephanie had a 3 day conference in Las Vegas, Wednesday through Friday, and Jesse flew in the Friday morning for a weekend getaway. It was a good trip with beautiful weather, but we were both excited to get home Sunday morning to see our little man.

One of Jace's favorite new things to do is take his stuffed dog and ride him around the house... So cute!

Jace loves the zoo. Every time we are there he finds new things to get excited about. This time we purchased our little guy a new pair of sunglasses and he put them on and was way too cool for school.

One sunny evening after work, we were able to get over to Golden Gardens for fish n chips and the beach. It was a great evening for the family.

Jesse's Uncle Kevin, Aunt Jeanette, cousins Adam & Molly from Tennessee and Grandma Dee from Arizona came to town and visited one evening. We had a great time entertaining and using our back porch and bbq. It was good to see the family.

OB has become super friendly over the past many months and Jace has really wanted to pet her. We have been working to have him stay patient and sit still, but he is his father's son, so that isn't the easiest. However, one evening we had success!

Jace is really into copying what his parents are doing. When his dad is wearing a hat, Jace likes to wear a hat.

Here are a couple of great pics of Jace with his toys.

On July 3rd, we went to Danelle and Robert's home on the lake for their annual mellowfest. We had a great time (and even ran into some extended family!). Jace loves baths and going swimming in swimming pools, but we wanted to see how he would do in the lake... Lets just say that he preferred playing on the shore more. Side note, the two pasty fellas are Jesse and Jace. Thanks Brown and Gabriel for showing how white we really are!
