More Boston Pics!

The Paulson's are back from Boston, what a trip. Boston is an amazing city, full of rich history and plenty of adventures. Stephanie had a conference that she attended Monday, Tuesday and half day Wednesday. Jace and Jesse toured the city while she was in class and the whole family enjoyed Boston together. Here are a few more pics from our adventure.

Jace is really starting to copy what his mom and dad are doing. When he drops something, he says uh-oh, when mom or dad makes a motor boat noise, he does the same. The cutest thing, though, is peek-a-boo. Where is Jace??
Oh, there he is:

The family walked the Freedom Trail and it was amazing to see our country's history. Here are a few of the pics:
We found a tiny door that would be perfect for....

And there was so much more, of course, but I don't want to put anybody to sleep. So, I will end the Freedom Trail pics with the crazy eyed squirrel!
Off the trail there were plenty of photo-ops:
Stephanie hugging the democratic donkey
Dad and son, chillin' in the historic north end
Dad and son turning a shoulder ride into a wrestling match!

And Stephanie was feeling very creative with taking pictures!
A fantastic evening shot of a dude on a horse:
Jace!

(Ok, this one might not be as creative!)

On Tuesday, Jesse and Jace took a long, long walk (estimated at 12-15 miles) from the hotel, to Fenway, to Boston U, along the Charles River, to Harvard, to MIT and then back to the hotel. There were lots of pictures of cool architecture and the river, but that's not why you are reading this blog.
Well, I will give on cool picture of a really old fire station:
We met Ted Williams in front of Fenway Park and Jace was very excited about it.

Jace was really in a good mood that day.

But really, Jace doesn't like being in the stroller. He was born to walk/run/romp!

The Boston Jace Party

Well, the Boston Jace Party is kind of about taxes...Stephanie is attending a Tax conference in Boston this week and Jace and Jesse went too. Jace dumped clothes out of the suitcase several times to reinact the famous event. He is quite a patriot.

Celebrity Sighting!!!

The first person we saw was a TODD MOORE look-a-like. It was uncanny. They say that everyone has a twin somewhere in the world. Could we have found Todd's?

We enjoyed walking around the many parks of Boston.

Who loves State Capitol buildings? The Paulsons do and the Boston State Building did not disappoint.

Jace isn't crabby, he is lobbster-y.

Does anyone know the mascot for Massachusetts Institute of Technology? Well Stacey D. can tell you that it is TIM the Beaver. We learned that we did not fit in with this crowd when we had to be told that TIM is MIT backwards. Did you also know that beavers are nature's architects? A little factoid we learned from Stacey. We didn't get to see much of the campus yet, but Jesse hopes to go back this week.

And speaking of Beavers, Todd, who is number #1??

Like a true Bostonian, Jace likes to eat his oatmeal using a chowder spoon.

Or, Mom and Dad forgot to bring a baby-sized spoon and the chowder spoon was all the restaurant had to offer. Jace was exasperated with our rookie mistake.

The history tour of Boston was no match for a tired baby.

Toddlin'

Hello friends! It has been a while since we have updated the blog with pictures of the house and of our little guy. The Paulson Family is heading off to Boston this weekend, so expect some pics during our trip.

Our house is mostly painted, we love it!

Jace is growing like a weed and toddlin' all over the place!

Jace is taking swimming lessons and is quite the water bug.

He loves to give Hi-5's!
