Thanksgiving east of the mountains!

The Paulson Family headed east to celebrate Thanksgiving. Rob and Michelle hosted and a great time was had by all.

Jace met June-bug and he was a little shocked when she greeted him with a giant lick!

Jace spent some time getting to know the horses. He was a little intimidated by them. They were very interested in the little guy.

Jace got to spend the weekend with two of his grandmas. Grandma Jan joined us at Stephanie's parents house. Marcia and Jan enjoyed their time with the baby colts.

Both grandmas took turns keeping Jace safe with his favorite new activity...climbing the spiral staircase! He did not hold back his feelings when we "rescued him" and removed him from the stairs.

Some more quality grandparent time:

And the weekend at Ron and Marcia's wouldn't be complete without riding the new ATV. Jace decided that he wanted to drive it this time.

Grandma Marcia made Jace a birthday cake and the family celebrated his first birthday a little early. The cake was very pretty and tasted delicious. Jace couldn't get enough. After his sugar binge, it took two grandmas and forty five minutes to get him to sleep that night!
