Jace takes Ocean Park

August 8th and 9th was the Paulson family reunion in Ocean Park Washington. This was the first opportunity for Jace to meet some of his extended family and to meet his Great Grandpa Oscar and Great Grandma Aska.

Great Grandma was the first to meet him and she was so excited to see him (and he was excited to see the cool buttons on her shirt).

Great Grandpa was ready to see the little guy next.

And here we have 4 generations of Paulsons!

And the best picture from the trip!

On Sunday we headed to the beach and Jace got to ride in his backpack for the first time. Jace loved it!
Yes, friends, the rare white dove made an appearance!
After the fantastic visit with family on the Washington coast, we were treated to a tour of the new Seahawk facility in Renton by Jace's Uncle John. The complex was amazing and state of the art. Here are a few pics from our visit.
This is the Seahawks indoor practice field. The ceiling is 95 feet tall, which gives the kickers enough room to hone their craft. The second picture shows Jace scoring the first touchdown ever. He was a natural!
Here is a picture of the indoor field from the third floor.
(Those ants are actually people!)
The Seahawk locker room was incredible.
This picture is looking west, over Lake Washington, with the new facility on the right, one of the three outdoor practice fields to the right and the 12th man flag straight ahead.
Thanks for taking us on a tour, Uncle John, we had a great time!
